Q) How Truth has to be perceived or experienced?
Ans.) Truth can neither be perceived experienced by the help of the mind nor by the help of any technique. It can be felt and experienced only in Silence / Stillness.
All techniques are provided to slow down the wavering mind. Every breathing technique will direct the mind in a particular pattern so that it stops wavering and settles down slowly. Once the mind slows down, then slowly the individual will get the sense of stillness and once the absolute Stillness is reached, then the Truth is seen.
One has to remember that the Stillness/Silence cannot be created. Because, anything that we create will disappear after some time. Truth is beyond creation. From Truth, everything is created. Truth is beyond all concepts, beyond everything, every phenomenon.
