Spiritual Questions - Part 20 (What does being mean?)


Q) What does being mean?
A) To be in the now, without any attachment, judgement and with full alertness is what being means.

Q) How to overcome melancholy and depression?
A) Just observe the thoughts as something else initially. Then observe your body as something else. Once you are not bound then just smile and automatically the melancholy disappears. When melancholy disappears, depression is removed from its roots.
