MEDITATE, MEDITATE, MEDITATE. Leave the identity of the meditator and melt into the Silence / Stillness that is ever present. Stop Seeking till you find it. sanātana (सनातन) means the one which is existing since the beginning. And, the one that is existing since the beginning is avyakta (in-expressible or the Unmanifested) or Nothing-ness. Hence, sanātana dharma (सनातन धर्म) is that by which we get into the awareness of Nothing-ness.

Loving Cosmos
October 01, 2010; 08:10am
Q) How to love everything in the cosmos?
A) When we are enlightened, it automatically happens. When we realize our True Self, it happens. There is no effort. It is like we don’t get into a thought that we should love something. We just love everything. It is not the emotional love that generally one talk about love in the mundane world. It is the love where one recognizes its presence. It can be an individual, may be even a peeled off banana skin, may be a grain of cooked rice fallen on floor, or may be a speck of dust, we just recognize its presence. We recognize its presence and love it. We recognize the way it is. We don’t try to change it. We don’t hate it, we don’t dislike it. If it’s something like – let’s say, if we find a fallen food particle on the floor or petals of a flower, we may just lift it and gently place them gently in a dustbin. In this process we do not hate any of the process and we don't even think about the person who might have thrown them down. We just recognize those particles presence and gracefully put them into the dustbin and we will be in a satisfaction that we have made those particles reach their destination. It is with so much of a grace we do that as if we are handing over a new born baby to its mother. With so much of love and care we will do that.
Our gratitude towards everything in the cosmos increases and we handle every particle with so much of reverence.
Q) Why should we love everything in the cosmos?
A) Because everything that is outside is a reflection of our own-selves. Yat pinDe tat brahmAnDe.

I am nothing and am dancing in that Emptiness. Because, I am that Absolute Void.
Divine Musings
Q) Who am I?
A) I am nothing.
Q) Then what is that am I doing?
A) I am dancing in that Emptiness. Because, I am that Absolute Void.
Nothing of Him shall harm this Being which is present in Him.
It is only the delusion that is making us to see that we all are not interconnected. While in Truth we all are interconnected and are one.
The difference between you & I is: while you see me as friend or foe or some kind of favourable or unfavorable relationship; I see you as spirit, a reflection of my own self, and it is not just in you, but I see everything in this cosmos as my own self projected outward or without.
Q) Is this happening a dream or illusion?
A) It is neither of them. It is a phenomenon happening in the noumenon and as an event occurring in the now. This whole happening will dissolve into the oblivion as I am nothing.
Q) Don’t you then think, it is all the ego that is projecting itself as spiritual and is trying to identify it?
A) Whatever is happening is happening in the now and is absolutely natural. It is the same that “I” which is seeing in “i” and is enjoying. And it is the same “I” which is seeing itself outside the “i” and is also enjoying. None of it is real. The “I” or “i” or enjoyment also. Because, I am nothing and am dancing in that emptiness.
Q) Am I realized or enlightened?
A) Why any of the terminology. Whatever is happening is happening in the now. It is not happening in the past or in the future, it is just happening in the now and only in the now and, you need not be concerned with that also. You just observe and it itself is very enjoying being a silent observer. Being in that stillness, in that now is what is; the rest is all is naught. Because, I am nothing and I am dancing in that Absolute Void. It is the Emptiness that is dancing in that Absolute Void.

Being in the Absolute
As long as human being do not lose sight of the Absolute, nothing matters and there is no fear. The moment the sight of Absolute is lost, then even an ant can create fear and warns about the impermanence of this body and it can question our identity.

No-thing is every-thing
The whole secret of Spirituality is to become no-thing or no-body. When we become no-thing or no-body then we become every-thing or every-body.

Removing the extra unwanted material
In the Elevator in office 0850hrs, August 25, 2010; Hyderabad
We all are in reality Spirit. What we need to understand is this: The statue is there within the block of wood or rock. What one need to do is remove the extra material that is hiding the statue. The spiritual practices what we carry out and talk about a lot are nothing but chiseling this extra material out from the block. The true nature of Spirit reveals itself once this extra unwanted material is removed. This extra unwanted material is nothing but our identity. The identity with which we identify ourselves with everything else that is outside that statue/Spirit (which is an illusion in itself).Losing Identity
Meditation Tip: Losing Identity
When salt goes into the ocean, it dissolves. During the actual process of dissolving there are two stages: one stage is where the salt is losing its identity and another is salt identifying itself. This process is painful when it is being observed. Actually it is confusing for the salt as why this is happening. It is afraid of losing its identity and is undergoing the pain (delusory pain) and at the same time it is entering into the vastness of the ocean. Its identity as salt is limiting it in understanding the vastness and the joy it is experiencing in that vastness and the very vastness itself is beyond its comprehension, because the mind is not functioning or used as a tool in experiencing the vastness. Its true identity as soul is experiencing the vastness and for soul there is no identity. It itself is vastness. It itself is the ocean.

What is Convenience and Inconvenience? - A Truth Perception to share
24th October, 2009; 0730hrs; Ahmedabad Railway Station AC Waiting Hall.
Q) What is Convenience and Inconvenience?
A) Convenience or Inconvenience is a perception of the ego (ego - the body identified consciousness). As long as the ego or the "I" consciousness stays/remains; or the soul is identified with the body and ego; or even when it is identified with the "I" (the "I" with a restricted freedom), then convenience or inconvenience is felt or perceived. The moment this "I" consciousness is melt into the Super/Cosmic consciousness then neither convenience nor inconvenience exists. Hence, one can define and perceive the convenience and inconvenience as pleasure and pain; praise and blame; life and death; health and sickness. So the convenience or the inconvenience is all nothing, but one kind of a dream; or a dream kind of perception; or a deluded perception in the delusory world by the deluded mind.

Giving Unconditional Love
Home, Hyderabad, Sunday June 20, 2010. 1700hrs.
Is it possible to give unconditional love to someone?
Stage 1: There is nothing like giving an unconditional love. Because love cannot be given.
Stage 2: When an individual thinks that he/she has to give someone unconditional love, then it is not love at all. Because, the moment the thought of giving to someone comes, then it is an identity. The moment the I comes, then everything is gone. The identification of I makes the individual separate from the other (anything or anyone in the cosmos).
Stage 3: When it rains the river is full of water and it flows. River never gets into the identity, that, it has to flow and has to give water to someone. Similarly, when we are aware of His love in us, it flows from within into without. Love itself is unconditional. There is nothing like unconditional love.
Stage 4: What exists in the whole cosmos is love only. It is the very essence that all the objects in the cosmos are holding and carrying out their activities. Love alone.
I humbly bow to the God in all who has made me aware of this.

Dualistic, Scientific and Non-dualistic meaning of shuklambaradharam shlokam
Dualistic and Non-dualistic meaning of shuklambaradharam shlokam
Aum
Dualistic way of thinking (commonly uttered to Lord Ganapati)
| |
shuklaambaradharam vishnum shashivarnam chaturbhujam
Prasanna vadanam dhyaayet sarva vighnopashaantaye
Attired in white and all-pervading,
O moon-hued, four-shouldered One with smiling face so pleasing, upon You we meditate for removing our obstacles. |
Now let us look into the word to word meaning of this shlokam (along with non-dualistic view):
shukla (शुक्ल)= pure, spotless, bright, white, white light = స్వచ్ఛమైన
ambaram (अम्बरम्)= garment, sky, space = ఆకాశము
dharam (धरम्) = holding together, bearing, wearing = ధరించుట
vishnum (विष्णुम्) = all pervading, omnipresent, lord Vishnu, ever conscious = సర్వత్రా వ్యాపించి ఉన్న
shashi (शशि) = moon, white, pure = తెల్లనిది, స్వచ్ఛమైనటువంటిది
(as a verb it is ever changing and ever new, eternally youthful)
varnam (वर्णं) = hue, color = స్వచ్ఛమైన రంగు
shashi varnam (शशिवर्णं)= every object (human beings, plants, all animals, all stellar bodies - including planets, asteroids, suns, stars, comets, black holes, white dwarfs etc.) in this cosmos including the empty space or absolute void (shunya) is hued with that tinge of purity or the Absolute consciousness. = సృష్టిలో ప్రతి అణువు ఆ అమృత తుల్యమైనటువంటి స్వచ్చతతో ఆపాదింపబడి ఉంది.
shashi varnam (शशिवर्णं)= every object (human beings, plants, all animals, all stellar bodies - including planets, asteroids, suns, stars, comets, black holes, white dwarfs etc.) in this cosmos consists of particles that are nothing but light particles. This is like the Newton's Corpuscular Theory of light or the modern Photon theory of light..
chatuh (चतुः) = four = నాలుగు
bhujam (भुजम्) = hand, arm, branch, abscissa (geom.) = The value of a coordinate on the horizontal axis = భుజము
chaturbhujam (चतुर्भुजम्)= four coordinates of the axes – which means, three coordinates x, y, z and the fourth coordinate is time. Omnipresent and ever conscious through all times – bhoota (past) vartamAna (present) and bhavisyat (future). Time is always in the present only. The past and future are only as thoughts which are happening in the present and in the now. Taking time as one of the dimension or coordinate we are trying to move in to the space and when we are moving on the negative axes we are calling it as past and when we are moving on the positive axes, we are calling it as future and when we are at the origin, we are calling it as present. But, in reality everything is happening at the origin (every measurement is done from the origin only) and we perceive every happening from the origin only which is present and is happening in the now. So the four coordinates are in reality only One. Chatur Bhuja is in reality are anchored into only One but appear as four because of illusion or maya. They appear as four when we try to look through the mind. But when we look at them beyond mind they appear as only One. The external world is an illusion which is created by the mind. The whole Manifested Universe (vyakta swarupa) is just only a thought and is an illusion which is created by the mind, and in addition to this there is Unmanifested Universe also (avyakta swarupa) which can be felt (get into the awareness) only beyond the mind.
Another way of looking at the more deeper esoteric meaning of the word chaturbhujam would be the state of Turiya (which is beyond the three states of jāgrat/vaiśvānara/waking/, swapna/taijasa/dreaming, shushupti/prājňa/deep sleep). The one who enters the state of Turiya will be devoid of all emotions and feelings and will be in absolute stillness, and hence pleasant - thus becoming prasanna vadanam.
prasannavadanam (प्रसन्नवदनं) = that space (whole cosmos or vishvam) which is full of tranquillity, serene, stillness and eternal silence – with full of Love. (Any person seeing the manifested and the un-manifested Universe as One will be full of serenity and in Bliss) =
dhyayet (ध्यायेत्) = meditate = ధ్యానిస్తాను
sarva (सर्व) = all, whole = అన్ని
vighna (विघ्न) = difficulty, hurdle, obstacle (the real hurdle is of seeing the whole manifested world as real instead of seeing it as a dream or illusion) =
upa (उप) = towards, into, lead to, near (nearer means, the one which is very near and that is our own Self. This will happen only when we withdraw our senses from the external world and go within our own self to look into the Self. = అంతర్ముఖమై
shaantaye (शान्तये) = (lead to) shanti or peace or bliss = శాంతి వైపు
Scientific perspective:
The whole Cosmos that we see consists of light particles (Lightrons). These particles hold together with a force that is balancing everything. The whole Cosmos consists of four dimensions. Three dimensional view and with time as the fourth dimension, one gets the perspective of the happenings in this Cosmos at different times. One who knows this, will become pleasant and considers any other thoughts based on emotional, or prejudice as interference and avoids it and be peaceful.
The first aspect is light. - Photon Theory of light.
A photon is a type of elementary particle, the quantum of the electromagnetic field including electromagnetic radiation such as light, and the force carrier for the electromagnetic force (even when static via virtual particles). The photon has zero rest mass and always moves at the speed of light within a vacuum.Hence, this verse is explaining about the latest photon theory of light.
Another aspect on the word "ambara dharam." - This aspect talks about the Newton's Universal Gravitational Law:
Newton's law of universal gravitation states that a particle attracts every other particle in the universe using a force that is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between their centers.Hence, this verse is also explaining about the Newton's law of universal gravitation.
The words "shuklambaradharam" talks about the dual nature of light (wave and particle nature) and combines the Einstein modern theory of photon of light and the de Broglie dual nature of light equation and the Newton's law of universal gravitation.
Like all elementary particles, photons are currently best explained by quantum mechanics and exhibit wave–particle duality, exhibiting properties of both waves and particles. For example, a single photon may be refracted by a lens and exhibit wave interference with itself, and it can behave as a particle with definite and finite measurable position or momentum, though not both at the same time. The photon's wave and quanta qualities are two observable aspects of a single phenomenon, and cannot be described by any mechanical model; a representation of this dual property of light, which assumes certain points on the wavefront to be the seat of the energy, is not possible. The quanta in a light wave cannot be spatially localized. The next aspect is chaturbhujam. - The space that is present is 4-dimensional (4D). While any object's position can be given by it coordinates (x, y, z), the object's movement can be given by the 4th dimension - that is time (t). Hence, any object's position can always given by four coordinates (t, x, y, z).
Hence this verse also explains about the four dimensional aspect (t, x, y, z) of the Universe.
The individual who can understand that the perspective Universe consists of photons like particles or Lightrons and are held together by a natural force that is directly proportional to the product of the masses of those Lightrons and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between those particles; and the Universe is built in four-dimensional and each event that is being seen or perceived, has happened in the past and is being perceived only now in the present and by the time the individual has perceived it, the actual phenomenon of that particle has already changed and whatever the perception that the individual got is an already happened event and cannot be taken into consideration as the present happening, thus avoiding the illusion that what is being perceived as truth, because it has already happened. That individual who can comprehend this illusory appearance of all the happenings or events in the Cosmos will be devoid of emotions and prejudice (prejudice means not seeing the life as it is) and removes the thoughts or emotions as they are only hurdles in perceiving the Truth and be pleasant all the time.
Non-dualistic or advaitic perspective:
Oh pure, spotless, all pervading, ever conscious One; covering everything in the cosmos, holding the cosmos with serenity, tranquillity (Love), and present everywhere (omnipresent) and through all times; having a pure space (face) (internal as well as external space with stillness and eternal silence), we meditate upon You so that you make us whole by overcoming all our obstacles - go beyond all thoughts and mind (which are illusory obstacles - because obstacle is present only as a thought, in fact thought is the obstacle in the form of mind) and merge us into that Infinite One or make us One with that infinite bliss and may we attain Self Realisation and be in that constant Awareness.
Another deeper meaning:
O Infinite, the all pervading One! Take us beyond the three states of jāgrat/vaiśvānara/waking/, swapna/taijasa/dreaming, shushupti/prājňa/deep sleep into the fourth state of Turiya where we are one with Thee in that infinite bliss.
O Infinite One!
Remove the illusions of the past, present and future as everything that is appearing in the present has already happened in the past and my actions for future are based upon my false perception of a past event as present is untrue, and it has no value and Thou art the only one that is present in everything, creating these illusions by Thy Light. Guide me to Thy Light of Universal Peace that is holding together this illusory Cosmos.
